Olivia Bertsch

She has been a member of Student Council for 4 years. One of her favorite parts of Student Council is having a say in what activities our school does. She likes helping other people and building the unity within our school. She was on the Prom committee last year, and this year she will probably be on the Homecoming Committee and Teacher Appreciation day. She feels the most rewarding event the Student Council does is Homecoming. Olivia thinks, "It is always a lot of fun and really rewarding seeing so many people involved having fun with each other." She also really likes the Food Drive where a little fun school competition can ultimately make a huge impact in someone's life. :)

Krista Buckler

She has been a member of Student Council for 4 years, one of her favorite parts of Student Council is helping to improve the school, and she also likes being a part of planning the events. The committee Krista was on last year was the Prom committee. She feels the most rewarding event was when she went to Matthews Elementary School to help the 6th grade Student Council understand how Student Council works. "It was so much fun helping younger kids!"

Emily Duckwall

Emily has been a member of Student Council all 4 years of high school. Emily wanted to be in Student Council to help organize activities for her school and help the community. She is on all of the committees since she is the Vice President, and as Vice President, she is the head of all of the committees. The most rewarding event for Emily was the Angel Tree project at Christmas time. "I think it is the most rewarding because we are helping make the children's Christmas a happy time, as well as giving them things they need as well as a toy or something that is fun."

Lane Gramling

Lane has been in Student Council for 2 years. He wanted to be a part of Student Council to help out our school, and he said "There were no other guys running, so I needed to bring some MAN influence into it." :) He has been on the Homecoming Committee and Graduation. He feels "The most rewarding event is Prom, because after all that work, it finally paid off."

Blane Smith

Has been apart of Student Council for 4 years. Blane wanted to be a part of Student Council because he likes having a say in activities around the school, and he likes being a part of all the things we get to do. He is on the Prom Committee. The most rewarding thing for Blane is ringing bells around Christmas. "That's always joyful for me." Blane also liked the Greg Glass dedication ceremony.
